This is a video introducing the Veterans Rand 12 Item Health Survey (VR-12), an instrument used to measure health related quality of life and to estimate disease burden. In the BC Office of the Seniors Advocate's Long Term Care Survey, the VR-12 asks questions about how an individual is feeling both physically and emotionally.
